With fall sports coming to an end and winter sports starting up, there has been a lot of activity going on at HHS. One sport that has kicked off with the preseason so far is the basketball team. With the season officially starting at the end of November the HHS boys basketball team has been seeking out preseason work. Yesterday, on November 13, the team headed up to Butler High School to play a series of teams. Varsity basketball player Khalil Daniels had a few comments on how the scrimmage went. He felt that the team spread the ball out well, scoring very effectively. Also he noted that team defense remained strong, however they can continue to work to build team chemistry. The scrimmages helped the team learn their strengths and weaknesses and now they will continue to practice in order to be a dominating force in the conference this year.
